ارائۀ مدل مفهومی برای انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان پایدار (مطالعۀ موردی: شرکت سایپا)

چکیده
|
انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان پایدار در بلندمدت، به ایجاد مزیت رقابتی در کل زنجیره تامین می‌انجامد. هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان پایدار در زنجیره تامین سایپا بوده است. برای این کار پس از بررسی ادبیات نظری پژوهش، 58 شاخص برای ارزیابی تامین‌کننده پایدار شناسایی شد که پس از بررسی خبرگان زنجیره تامین در صنعت خودرو، فقط 17 شاخص مناسب تشخیص داده شد. سپس پرسشنامه‌ای بین کارشناسان موجود در زنجیره تامین شرکت سایپا توزیع شد و براساس 191 پرسشنامه به‌دست‌آمده مدل مفهومی انتخاب تامین‌کننده پایدار با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برآورد شد و شاخص‌های پایداری در سه گروه اقتصادی، رفاه اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی عامل‌بندی شدند. طبق نتایج کسب‌شده این مدل تحقیقاتی، مشخص شد انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان پایدار به‌ترتیب اولویت به ابعاد «رفاه اجتماعی»، «اقتصادی» و «زیست‌محیطی» بستگی دارد و اولویت هریک از زیرشاخص‌ها نیز در تبیین انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان پایدار مشخص شد.

Abstract
|
Sustainable supplier selection in the long term, lead to a competitive advantage in the supply chain. This study aims to present a conceptual model for sustainable supplier selection in the SAIPA supply chain. In first, based on a comprehensive literature review 58 indicators identified to assess the sustainable suppliers. After checking the indicators by automotive industry#039 s supply chain experts, only 17 indicators were verified. Then, the questionnaire distributed among experts in the SAIPA#039 s supply chain, and finally 191 questionnaires was obtained. In next sustainable supplier selection model was estimated by using confirmatory factor analysis and the indicators explained three latent variables (economic, social and environmental). The results achieved by this research model revealed that the sustainable suppliers in order of priority to the aspects of quot socialquot , quot economicquot and quot environmentalquot conditions. The results achieved by this research model revealed that the sustainable suppliers selection explained by quot socialquot , quot economicquot and quot environmentalquot latent variables. Also the priorities of each subindex was determined in explained “sustainable suppliers selection” model.
