چکیده    ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آب ﻫﺎی ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﺑﻪ وﯾﮋه رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﻬﯿﺘﻪ، از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ زﯾﺎدی ﺑﺮﺧﻮردارﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداری در رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺮاز ﺳﺎﻻﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺼﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه surber sampler، در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 4 اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه از ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﺮورش ﻣﺎﻫﯽ و ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻫﺮ اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ . در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﮐﻔﺰﯾﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ در ﺣﺪ ﺟﻨﺲ ﯾﺎ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺣﻀﻮر 11 رده ﯾﺎ راﺳﺘﻪ ﻣﺎﮐﺮو ﺑﻨﺘﻮزی ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ 19 ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده را ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮐﺎرﮔﺎه ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ روی 3 راﺳﺘﻪ terichoptera ،ephemeropterta و plecoptera ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ آن ﻫﺎ در اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه 3 (ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ) ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮﻋﮑﺲ، ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺷﯿﺮوﻧﻮﻣﯿﺪه (chironomidae) ﮐﻪ ﺑﯽ ﻣﻬﺮﮔﺎن ﮐﻔﺰی ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺑﻪ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ، در ایستگاه ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮده ﺑﻮد. و در اداﻣﻪ روﻧﺪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ و ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ از ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺑﻪ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ.

   Density and identification of macrobenthose Haraz river influenced rainbow trout farm

Abstract    Recognizing and investigating the resources of surface water, especially rivers and streams, which are in fact not just strategic sources, are important for the management of wellbeing. For this purpose, the effect of rainbow trout breeding workshop on the fauna and the number of macrobenthos in the river Haraz were investigated . Sampling was performed seasonally in two seasons of summer and autumn of 1393 by Surber Sampler with three replications at each station. A total of 4 stations were set up before and after the fish breeding farm. In the laboratory, cluster bands were examined qualitatively and quantitatively in the genus or species. The results of the study showed the presence of 11 classes or macrobenthic sequences belonging to 19 families. Most of the genus was Diptera family with 9 genera and 13 genera were identified from other classes. Sampling showed that the highest percentage of Baetidae family was found in Ephemeroptera. The biggest impact of workshop pollution was on Ephemeropterta, Terichoptera and Plecoptera, which is known as the sensitive group of EPT and has reduced its population at station 3 (outlet). On the contrary, the population of the Chironomidae, which is resistant to pollution, has increased.
