ارائه الگوی تعالی معنویت سازمانی با تاکید بر آموزه‌های اسلامی در سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران

چکیده
|
هدف این پژوهش فهم الگوی تعالی معنویت سازمانی با تاکید بر آموزه‌های اسلامی و ارائه راهکارهایی به‌منظور تعالی معنویت در سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی به شناسایی اجزای الگوی تعالی معنویت سازمانی با رویکرد اسلامی و ترسیم روابط آن‌ها پرداخته‌شده است. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از اطلاعات مصاحبه و نظر خبرگان و روش تحلیل مضمون، ابعاد الگوی تعالی معنویت در سازمان با رویکرد اسلامی شناسایی‌شده است. در ادامه با روش الگوسازی ساختاری تفسیری، سطح‌بندی معیارهای الگوی تعالی معنویت سازمانی با رویکرد اسلامی طراحی شد. این امربر اساس توزیع پرسشنامه بین اعضای سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران انجام‌شده است. بر اساس روش تحلیل مضمون، 53 مضمون پایه نهایی و هشت مضمون سازمان دهنده و سه مضمون فراگیر استخراج‌شده است. یافته‌های نشان می‌دهد که اجزای اصلی الگوی تعالی معنویت در سازمان با رویکرد اسلامی فضائل اخلاقی، بنیان‌های معرفتی سازمان، رعایت اصول اخلاقی و وجدانی نسبت به کارکنان، عملکرد سازمان با رویکرد اسلامی، فضای معنوی موثر بر عملکرد سازمان، اصول اخلاقی سازمان نسبت به ذی‌نفعان، عدالت‌محوری و رشد و ارتقای فرهنگی و معنوی کارکنان است. نتایج روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری حاکی است که «بنیان‌های معرفتی» دارای بیشترین قدرت نفوذ و «عملکرد سازمان با رویکرد اسلامی» دارای بیشترین وابستگی است.

Abstract
|
This study is aimed at explaining the organizational spirituality excellence model with emphasis on Islamic teachings, as well as providing solutions for spiritual excellence in the Health Insurance Organization of Iran. Employing mixed method, this study intends to identify the components of the model of organizational spirituality excellence and their relationships through an Islamic approach. Using the data gained by the interviews and the opinion of experts through thematic analysis, the dimensions of the model of spiritual excellence in the organization with an Islamic approach were identified. Then, the leveling of the criteria of the model of organizational spirituality excellence was performed with an Islamic approach. This was fulfilled by distributing the questionnaires among the members of the Health Insurance Organization of Iran. Thematic analysis method finally resulted in 53 basic themes, eight organizing themes and three comprehensive themes. The findings of the content analysis indicated that the main components of the model of spiritual excellence in the organization with an Islamic approach includes moral Islamic virtues, the organization’s knowledge foundations, adherence to ethical principles and conscience with regard employees, the organization’s performance with an Islamic approach, and the spiritual atmosphere affecting the organization’s performance. Stakeholders are justiceoriented and the cultural and spiritual growth and promotion of employees are considered. The results of structural equation modeling revealed that epistemological foundations mostly influence the process, and organizational performance with Islamic approach stands at the highest dependence.
