چکیده
|
فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت، بستر موردنیاز برای شکل گیری عالی ترین سطح از سرمایه اجتماعی در جامعه اسلامی را فراهم می آورد. فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت ازطریق پیوند با باورهای دینی، موجب برقراری اعتماد و توجه به ارزش‌های اخلاقی در افراد می گردد، به زندگی آنان معنا می بخشد و باعث تقویت و تحکیم سرمایه اجتماعی می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ بررسی تاثیر فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت بر سرمایه اجتماعی با درنظرگرفتن نقش میانجی باورهای دینی است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نوع گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از شاخه همبستگی است که بهصورت پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان دانشگاه های تهران هستند که ازطریق نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده ها ازطریق پرسشنامه استاندارد جمع آوری شد. فرضیه ها با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار warppls6 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج، نشان داد که فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت بر باورهای دینی تاثیرگذار بوده و باورهای دینی نیز در تحکیم سرمایه اجتماعی موثر است و همچنین فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت بر سرمایه اجتماعی نیز تاثیر دارد. به‌عبارتی، پیوند باورهای دینی با سرمایه اجتماعی به‌عنوان نوعی ثروت و دارایی اجتماعی نهفته تلقی می شود که به آمادگی روحی روانی افراد یک جامعه برای صرف‌نظر‌کردن از منافع شخصی و درگیرشدن در عمل جمعی منجر خواهد شد. فرضیه های فرعی آن نیز تایید شد.

Abstract
|
The culture of Isar (sacrifice) and martyrdom prepares the situation for the foundation of the highest level of social capital in the Islamic society. The culture of Isar and martyrdom, provides confidence and moral values for people through linking with religious faith, and bestows deeper meaning for their lives, and promotes social capital. This study is intended to identify the effect of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom on social capital, in terms of the role of religious beliefs as mediator. This research is an applied one in terms of purpose, which follows a correlation descriptive survey for data collection. The statistical population of the study contain students of universities in Tehran from whom 384 students are selected as sample by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a standard questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested theough structural equation modeling method using WarpPls6 software. The results signified that the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom is influential on religious beliefs and religious beliefs are effective in consolidating social capital. In other words, by connecting religious beliefs with social capital, the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom can be regarded as a type of wealth and covert social capital that leads to the psychological readiness of individuals in a society to disregard their personal interests and think of a collective action. The subhypotheses of this research were also confirmed.
