چکیده
|
نقش تربیتی مربیان علوم نظامی به‌دلایل مختلف ازقبیل تدریس دروس تخصصی نظامی و موانع رشد اخلاق درون‌سازمانی در مجموعه و موارد دیگر، باتوجه‌به ارتباط رفتاری مستقیم آنها با دانشجویان، کم‌رنگ دیده می‌شود. لذا این پژوهش ضمن تعیین عوامل موثر بر ارتقای نقش تربیت دینی و اخلاقی مربیان، گامی درجهت ایجاد زمینه لازم برای مساعدت به مسئولین است. هدف اصلی تحقیق، تعیین عوامل موثر بر ارتقای نقش تربیت دینی و اخلاقی مربیان در یک دانشگاه نظامی است. سوال تحقیق این است که عوامل موثر بر ارتقای نقش تربیت دینی و اخلاقی مربیان در یک دانشگاه نظامی کدامند؟نوع تحقیق، کاربردی است و روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی کمک گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری شامل صد نفر است و اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. با به‌دست‌آوردن عوامل موثر بر ارتقای نقش تربیت دینی و اخلاقی مربیان در حوزه‌های عوامل فردی و عوامل سازمانی، می‌توان به مرتفع‌کردن موانع رشد اخلاق درون‌سازمانی در مجموعه و تربیت هرچه‌بهتر متربیان موجود در دانشگاه اشاره کرد. با بررسی‌های به‌عمل‌آمده و اولویت‌گذاری‌های مشخص‌شده، نتایج، نشان می دهد که براساس شاخصه‌های تاثیرگذار بر نقش تربیتی مربیان نظامی، این افراد باید جهت خودسازی دینی و اخلاقی، بر موارد موثر به‌صورت فردی همت بیشتری گمارده و آن مجموعه نیز با بازنگری نسبت به اولویت‌های سازمانی جهت ارتقای مربیان، برنامه‌ریزی‌های دقیق و موردنیاز را داشته باشد.

Abstract
|
Despite the direct behavioral interaction between instructors and students, the instructional role of military science educators is disregard because of a variety of reasons, such as teaching of specific military courses and the barriers to the growth of intraorganizational ethics in the complex. Therefore, by identifying the factors affecting the enhancement of the religious and ethical role of educators, this study took a vital step in creating the necessary ground for helping the authorities. This research is intended to identify the effective factors of promoting the role of religious and moral training of the instructors in a military university. The main research question is: What are the factors influencing the promotion of the role of religious and moral training of instructors in a military university? This is an applied research which follows descriptiveanalytical method with descriptive and inferential statistics for data analysis. The statistical population consists of 100 subjects and the data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed by SPSS software. The identification of the effective factors which influence the enhancement of the role of religious and ethical training of educators in individual and organizational fields, will make it possible to eliminate the obstacles to the growth of intraorganizational ethics of the educators in the university. The identified priorities of the results indicated that the individual instructors have to focus more on the individual and religious selfefficacy, and the university should rearrange its organizational priorities and pay more attention to better programs for upgrading its instructors.
