چکیده
|
مطبوعات محلی با ارائه تحلیل، راه حل ها و گزارش های توسعه ای به عنوان ابزاری توانا در پیش برد اهداف توسعه ا ی در سطوح محلی و منطقه ای محسوب می شوند. شناخت مسائل و آسیب ها این نشریات، جهت رفع و درنتیجه بهبود عملکرد آنها ضروری است؛ از این منظر ضمن مروری بر تاریخچه ، ویژگی ها و کارکرد مطبوعات محلی ، با روش تحلیل مضمون آسیب ها، مشکلات و چالش های مطبوعات محلی شهرستان خرم آباد که جزو نشریات محلی باسابقه و ریشه دار کشور است از نگاه 12 نفر از رونامه نگاران محلی بررسی کرده ایم . براساس نتایج پژوهش، کیفیت ضعیف مطبوعات، فعالان غیرحرفه ای مطبوعات، فعالیت در نظام هنجاری رسانه ای شبه اقتدارگرا، مشکلات اقتصادی و تبدیل شدن مطبوعات محلی به رسانه غیر مرجع از مضامین فراگیر استخراج شده است.

Abstract
|
Review:The local press is considered as a driver of regional development due to its capacity to provide analysis and development reports. Recognizing the issues and harms of these publications is essential to fixing them and thus improving their performance; From this perspective, while reviewing the history, characteristics and function of the local press, by analyzing the themes of harms, problems and challenges of the local press in Khorramabad, which is one of the oldest and most rooted local publications in the country, as an example of other local press We have examined the regions of the country from the perspective of 12 local journalists and presented the results in the form of a table and a network of topics. Poor press quality, unprofessional press activists, activity in the quasiauthoritarian media normative system, economic problems, and the transformation of the local press into a nonreference media are all pervasive themes extracted from other themes.
