چکیده    in this paper, the chebyshev spectral collocation method(cscm)for one-dimensional linear hyperbolic telegraph equation ispresented. chebyshev spectral collocation method have becomevery useful in providing highly accurate solutions to partialdifferential equations. a straightforward implementation of thesemethods involves the use of spectral differentiation matrices.firstly, we transform telegraph equation to system of partialdifferential equations with initial condition. using chebyshevdifferentiation matrices yields a system of ordinary differentialequations. secondly, we apply fourth order runge-kutta formulafor the numerical integration of the system of odes. numericalresults verified the high accuracy of the new method, and itscompetitive ability compared with other newly appeared methods.
